Trenton Thunder Baseball Hosts July 4th Picnic with Fireworks
Looking for something fun to do on July 4th? You won’t have to go far. Get in the car and head to Arm & Hammer Park in Trenton where Trenton Thunder Baseball will host Uncle Sam’s Great American Family Picnic and post-game fireworks according to Facebook.
The party starts at 6.30 p.m. You will be invited to the all-you-can-eat buffet. I knew you would be excited. Bring your appetite. There are many traditional picnic dishes to choose from including burgers, hot dogs, barbecued chicken, potato salad, garden salad, baked beans, watermelon , chips, cookies, sodas and good apple pie … nothing is more American than that, well, except baseball. MDR.
Oh and there’s going to be a lot of baseball, all weekend of July 4th, in a series with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. Click here for tickets. Game time is 6.30 p.m.
Want to party? Get there a little early for a pre-game Happy Hour before each game, July 3-4. In addition, there will also be post-game fireworks on both nights. Make sure to stick around for the biggest fireworks display in the area. You won’t want to miss the fun.
Tickets for Uncle Sam’s Big American All-You-Can-Eat Family Picnic are just $ 28. You can buy them and reserve your seats by clicking here. You can reserve a table for 2,3,4,5,6 or 8 people.
I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to see events like this happening all over our community again. Last year around this time we were in a very different place. Things are improving.
Happy July 4th.
