Hamilton-based Elliott Brood Band to play Lake Country, Golden, Oliver – Penticton Western News
Elliott Brood, the three-piece folk rock alt country band, will be heading to the Okanagan in June.
The Juno-winning band from Hamilton, Ontario arrives in Vancouver on June 3 for the first show of the British Columbia tour.
The trio sing songs that take listeners from the mountains of Utah to the trenches of Vimy Ridge, as they journey through the gore and glory of history. Elliott Brood was shortlisted for a Polaris Music Prize for his album Mountain Meadows and won a JUNO Award for the album Days Into Years.
Elliott Brood next performed in Victoria and Tofino before taking the stage at the Creekside Theater in Lake Country on June 8.
The following days the group will be in Oliver, Nelson and Golden respectively.
